Hi @Raydar. All Ring Alarm pieces, like the Alarm Flood and Freeze Sensor, communicate to the Base Station via Z-Wave. As long as the Base Station has a connection to either Wi-Fi or cellular backup data, all sensors will work to communicate and alert you if need be.
