I just simply need a new wall mount

The solution for someone that just needs a wall mount that broke on their Ring camera because of the 5 year old screw shouldn’t be to give them a small discount to buy a BRAND NEW Ring camera.I just asked for another wall mount for a workable camera.A plastic 5 year old mount broke and their ONLY solution was for me to buy a new camera.I’m asking to purchase a part.That’s like Delta saying, “Oh, the sprayer on your sink broke, sorry, we won’t replace the sprayer, you need to replace the ENTIRE sink”Or Samsung saying, “The remote on your TV no longer works, you need to replace the ACTUAL TV”.
