How to mount my Outdoor Cam Plus to a ceiling.

Where is the missing part to mount it? This camera is my third and the first I'm very disappointed in. Please explain what I am to do including why it was sold with no capability to ceiling mount it. Thank you

Hi @user_29c5ff. Which part are you referring to? All necessary parts to complete installation should be included in the original packaging. You can find installation steps for each version of the Outdoor Cam Plus here, including steps for a ceiling installation.
