Help my ring chime does not work
My ring chime (UK) is offline and will not reconnect
I've tried multiple hard resets, different sockets, and placing it next to my BT Smart Hub 2
The LED never flashes green, so it cannot enter setup mode
My ring doorbell works correctly and I have an active Ring Protect Basic Plan
This appears to be a hardware failure of the Chime's Wi-Fi module
Could a Ring Community Manager please review and advise on a replacement or next the next steps
Not being one of your younger customer, I have found the whole issue most distressing as I am reliant on my ring doorbell
I look forward to a favourable reply.
