Wanted to warn others who are thinking about buying from Ring: Don't buy from this company. They sent me an already used Chime doorbell that was already registered to someone else, and was not even the Chime model I had ordered. While customer service promised to send me a new item in 7-10 business days, I am wasting both time (spent on the phone with customer service, having to drive to the post office or UPS store during their business hours to return to incorrect pre-owned item) and can't use the product for another 7-10 days. 

Bad experience, would not recommend this company.
