Devices Missing Dashboard
troubleshooting

All my sensors and extenders dissapeared from the PC dashboard and the App. Everything still triggers events but I cannot check device health on anyof them. Chat bot basically just tells me to reinstall the whole alarm. I changed nothing and thing its an issue on Rings side. Anyone else in the same boat?

    Hi @user_567a84. Have you installed any other Ring devices, such as a camera or doorbell? If you navigate to the Devices menu, all of your Alarm accessories should be nested under the Ring Alarm Base Station. Let me know if this helps.

      I have the exact same issue.  I can see all history and everything shows up in the app for me but the PC webpage shows 0 devices connected.  This just happened in the past week or so.  I have changed DNS and rebooted the base station from the webpage several times.
