Chime pro won't connect even next to router

Chime pro hasn't worked with new wifi. I have moved it to several different locations. I have 2 wi fi extenders that work and Chime downstairs works but pro won't. I have tried setting it up in same room as router

Hi @user7422. Are you trying to connect this to a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network? When it fails to connect, what error or light patterns do you notice on the Chime Pro?
