Chime Pro Low Battery Notifications
I repeatedly get low battery notifications for the device I have named "Hallway" -- which is a Ring Chime Pro that is plugged into a wall outlet. Amazon even sends me emails telling me to buy AA batteries for this device, which makes no sense since like I said, it's plugged into a wall outlet and always has been. I have tried unplugging and then plugging back in, but I continue to get these notifications. Amazon's last e-mail even provided a link which purported to show how the battery life continues to drop as weeks go by.

Oh my goodness, THANK YOU. It is indeed a motion sensor that is also named Hallway. I forgot about it because those devices are buried another menu level down in the app under the Alarm Station. Thank you so much, I was going crazy with this! I'm going to re-name both the sensor and the chime so it's more clear. Whew!

Hi @Statchmo. Do you have any other devices set up that may also be named Hallway? If you have a Ring Alarm security system, this could be a Contact Sensor or Motion Detector.
