chime not chiming

Not chiming, flashing green this is a.
Unplugged, replugged ,reset, rebooted router,
rebooted phone. Nothing fixed it.
Ran setup 3 times, still no chime.
Had reconnect old bell with a note" push both bells"

Hi @user_b3ae92. Thank you for listing out the troubleshooting steps you have already tried. After setting the Ring Chime back up in the Ring app, make sure you set it to play an audible tone when someone rings your Ring doorbell.
