Chime connected, but doesn't notify
I purchased a 2nd Gen Chime to go with my Video Doorbell Pro 2 (wired). All connected seamlessly through the process to add to my system, lights changed from blinking green, to blue, to off when I selected the status light to turn off in my app. It does not play a sound with the doorbell rings, nor does it play a sound when I 'test sound' within the app. Is my Chime faulty or is there something else? I've confirmed all of my devices are on the same network. I rebooted my router. I even factory reset the Chime to try a second time.

Hi @user_b730d0. Make sure the Chime is set to play an audible alert when someone rings your doorbell. You should see an Audio Settings tile when you navigate to the Chime from your Devices list. Tap the Audio Settings tile, then select Chime Alerts to choose when your Chime should sound. Under Chime Tones, you can select which tone is played for motions and rings, as well as adjust the volume.
