2nd gen chimes

Question

My chimes stopped working. Light and app reflecting operational status. I’ve tried all suggestions for resetting including removing the chimes and reinstalling. Again everything looks good, except no sound when test button is pressed or door bell activated.Can anybody help?

Hi @user_158011. Please check the Audio Settings tile to ensure the volume is turned up, and the Chime is set to play an alert when someone rings the doorbell. If you've checked this, and your Chime is still not playing an audible alert, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
