What is the "short break" after motion detected in "regularly" frequency?

Hi folks - new to Ring and this forum. So far so good - we love it. I read that: "Regularly: Motion detection takes a short break after each Motion Alert. Medium battery life." What is a "short break"??? This is somewhat crucial to understand if this setting is appropriate, no? Is it 5 seconds? 1 minute? more? Thank you!

From my testing it is about 1 minute on the Regularly setting. It could vary somewhat if there is repetitive motion as there is a built-in algorithm that ignores repetitive events to prolong battery life.
