Update subscription from monthly to annual (without cancel)

Question

How do i update my subscription from monthly to annual?  I have followed the instructions via chat link. But does not let me update plan, only option is to cancel plan.

Hi @user38681. If you do not see an option to change your plan on Ring.com, I'd recommend following up with our support team for further assistance. You can give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). Due to how billing works, they may need to assist with canceling your current plan and signing you up for the annual plan instead.
