Unable to Log in on app using wifi on Android

I just recently noticed that I cannot access Ring app using wifi on my android cell. I can access if using data. If I log out I cannot log back in on wifi have to use data. I have tried restarting router, clearing the cache, restarting cell and nothing works.

Hi @user_27d895. Is this your home wifi network, or a public wifi network? Are you seeing a particular error message when you try to log into the Ring app using wifi? Feel free to share a screenshot. Please also make sure you don't have an active VPN, as the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN.
