Unable to cancel subscription for elderly parent - even with Power of Attorney authority
billing

Ring Customer Support is refusing to cancel a subscription for my elderly parent, even though I have legal Power of Attorney, and I originally set up her account when she was living alone. After escalating three times with customer support, they all say the same thing. I have to wait until she is billed next April, and go through her credit card fraudulent charge process. However, she may no longer have this credit card at that time.They could not answer whether or not her account would be sent to collections if the credit card is invalid, and the subscription is still active. Three levels of customer support said I have no other option.NOTE: I'm not able to reset the password on her account, because it's tied to a cell phone that no longer exists.Any one else have this issue?
