Hi @user_8e0ad5. You do not need to transfer your Ring devices when you get a new phone, you only need to log into your Ring account on the new phone. Make sure you are logging into the same Ring account that you used to set up your Ring devices. If you create a new account, or log into a different one, you will not see your devices listed.
