Shared User email not being received

I am trying to add my wife as a shared user, sending an invite but she is not receiving the email...

    Hi @user_5774af. Make sure you're entering the correct email address when sending the Shared User invite, and ensure your wife is checking her junk and spam folders as well. You can also remove her from the Shared Users list and add her again to send a new invitation. If she's still not receiving the email, please follow up with our social support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
