Shared device notifications.
I have a device shared with me, as well as my own devices, I'm constantly getting notifications for the shared device. We need an option to turn them off just for the shared party but not the owner of the device. I only need access when they are on holiday not every time they activate or close it when they are in and out.

I'm actually still getting these notifications on my Android phone from my Mom's Ring devices that I set up for her recently. I'm the shared user and slid off the appropriate toggles in my Ring app.

CHi @Tundrabass88. What type of notifications are you receiving? You can share a screenshot if that helps. How many Ring devices does your mom have? Which toggles have you turned off in the Ring app? If your mom has multiple Ring devices that are shared with you, alerts would need to be toggled off for each one.

Hi @user_f485ee. You can turn off notifications for shared devices independently of the owner. Navigate to the shared device in the Ring app, and toggle off Motion and Ring Alerts. This will turn off alerts from that device for you, but does not affect the owner's alert settings.
