Setting up for both my wife and I

I setup our new ring doorbell and chime yesterday. Since the instructions are so sparse I setup the account on my phone and assumed that I’d use the sharing so my wife would get access on her phone. Doesn’t seem to be working that way. She’s not getting any notifications, has no devices in her app. What is the correct way to setup so we both have full access and control on our phones?

Right. I went through this too. Only the primary account holder has full access to all the features. Invited guest users have very limited feature access. The best way is to just sign in with both phones using the SAME credentials. Then you each have full control.

Hi @user_6e60e0. You can log into your Ring account using your email address and password. Shared Users cannot edit device settings, but they can view shared devices and receive notifications.
