Schlage deadbolt connectivity

I purchased a Schlage Encode Smart WiFi deadbolt (BE489WB), but it will not link to Ring. I see that on your webpage on "lock compatibility" only Z-wave locks are listed. However, on your "works with Ring" page you actually show the Schlage Smart WiFi deadbolt, just in a different style (Camelot trim). As there is no difference between what you advertise and what I bought other than the look, I am very disappointed. The Schlage website actually says that my lock should be compatible with ring (https://www.schlage.com/en/home/faq.html?id=137469). What am I missing? Will Ring be adding support for the Encode locks?
