Here are a few things you can do now. **Remove the device from your account to allow setup by another Ring customer.** 1. [**Open the Ring App**](http://ring.com/app/s/accountsettings), tap ☰, and choose Devices. --- --- 2. Select the device you wish to remove. 3. Tap the Device Settings tile then tap General Settings. 4.
