Ring security end2end encryption glitch

Ring’s software has a security glitch where under end2end-encryption it shows 0 enrolled viewing devices (iPhones) even after re-enrolling the device with passkey (enrolled cameras function but not with video encryption). My app worked fine until one day it didn’t and in speaking to Ring advanced support  (Ryan 11/20/25) he stated this is something the developers needed to be aware of because we walked through everything and nothing worked and because it had happened to someone else who called it in as well.

All cameras are new generation, iPhone OS> 18, and ring app updated.

Has anyone else found a work around or heard updates from Ring on the issue with their software?

      I’m having the same issue, I tired creating new ring account, same issue. And tried reinstalling app, and re-registering camera and viewer device many times. Crazy that this is still an issue.
