Ring Doorbell Not Showing Live View

Hi all,
I'm experiencing an issue with my Ring doorbell not showing live view. The doorbell captures and notifies of motion detected and if someone rings the bell but I’m unable to view live coverage.I have an outdoor Ring camera connected to the same network and that works flawlessly.
I have tried troubleshooting the problem but with no luck.
Any help would be much appreciated.

Hi @user_32ab05. Which model of Ring doorbell is this? What is the last reported wifi signal strength? Both of these details are located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Are you getting a specific error message when you try to activate the Live View for the doorbell? If possible, please share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end.
