Ring Car Cam driving videos are GONE!

Not sure WHEN this happened, but all of the Ring Car Cam driving videos are gone. There used to be recordings of driving while the driver started the the vehicle and drove. Now it doesn't do that anymore and all of previous recordings suddenly disappeared.. There was zero notification about this and no settings have been changed? What is going on? I need answers please!
