Ring camera not recording and can’t see live view

One of my cameras has quit taking snapshots, recording events and I’m not able to view it live. The only thing. It does do is detect motion. It has a good signal, full battery and no other detected problems.

Hi @user_84a51a. Which model of Ring camera is this? What is the last reported wifi signal strength? You can find the device name and signal strength on the Device Health page in the Ring app. If the camera is detecting motion, you should see motion events on the Event History page. What happens when you try to view one of these events? What happens when you attempt to activate Live View?
