Ring 2 Doorbell and Chime both using wifi

I wonder if anybody can help me please. I have Ring 2 Doorebll and Chime both using wifi If I am looking at the live situation and somebody cpmes up and presses the doorbell, should the chime chime? I have had a couple of times when I was doing this and the chime didn't chime. However when I am not on live and somebody presses the door bell it chimes. The battery is at 79% on the doorbell. Thanks for any help.

Hi @Arthuritus. If you have a Live View active and someone presses the Doorbell button, this will not create a new event. This is because the Live View is active and there cannot be 2 events happening at the same time.
