I have changed my address and my app is asking me to transfer ownership, I’ve done this as nothing working, I am desperate for help

    Hi @user_4e327c. You do not need to transfer device ownership when you move. If you logged into a different Ring account and tried to perform a new setup of your Ring devices, you would be prompted to transfer ownership from your original Ring account. I would recommend verifying that you are logged into the correct account, then updating your address using the steps listed here.
