Re activation
I recently deactivated my account, not realizing it would not allow me to access video—I thought it was more for a backup; so I reactivated my acct—is there an easy to reset up my cameras sing they were already in your system?

    Hi @Susan3. In order to reactivate your account, you will need to set up your devices again. To do this, you will login the Ring app and select Set Up a Device. Then follow the on screen prompts to finish the setup. Let me know if you have any other questions!

        Hi @user_00ddd6. Make sure you are logged into the correct Ring account to see your camera. You can edit your payment method and subscribe to the Ring Protect plan on Ring.com after logging into your account.
