Neighbor Notifications

I used to get notifications for Neighbor items on my Samsung Galaxy S24. For a while not I do not get any notification sound on my phone. I've searched for an answer for getting the tone back but none that fix the problem. Has Ring done away with notifications for Neighbors? Can someone please help.
