Edit: since my hour long customer service ordeal this morning, there is now an out of stock button where the add to cart button was supposed to be. Nevermind.

i spent a great deal of time trying to report this to customer service but the poor guy just couldn't seem to help. I wanted to just buy over the phone, but apparently that's not possible. Nor could he report the problem to the department in charge of errors on the website

I've tried this page on two browsers on my phone and two browser on my lap top.

There is NO Add to Cart button.  Every other product on the site has the Add to Cart button, but not this one item.  I will include screenshots.  

LOL, of course they uploaded in the wrong order.  But as you can see...no add to cart.

My question for any of you willing to help is just a confirmation that the page has this error.  I swear I might lose my mind if you all have the cart button. Grrr.  The guy from customer service insisted he had the cart button on his computer.

I can buy the batteries on Amazon, but they cost $10 more a piece.  I feel like the world is against me.
