How to stop other users turning alerts and motion detection off

We have a work ring camera and I’m the account holder, my 3 employees are added users for security reasons.Is there a way of stopping them from turning alerts/motion alerts off.I have a suspicion that one of them are turning it on and off to sneak off work without being noticed.

Hi @user_101f17. Shared Users cannot turn off motion detection, nor can they turn off alerts for other users. The Motion Alerts toggle is specific to that individual's device, and only prevents them from getting alerts on their phone or tablet. Only the Owner of the Ring device can control settings like motion detection. I'd recommend checking your Mode settings, and seeing if you have a Motion Schedule in place.
