HORRIBLE customer support - outdoor camera lens issue
I have been a ring customer for several years. I’m developing a new property and entrusted ring to monitor activity on secure the property. In less than 1 year, After a storm this summer the two outdoor wired ring floodlights allowed water into the lens of the camera totally disrupting video and audio footage. I requested replacement warranty cameras 7/1/25. I am still waiting for the cameras 8/12/25. I have contacted support several times now with no help whatsoever. I was on chat support and the gentleman, Mark, somehow changed my account password without authorization!!! I was told this would get pushed up another tier because he shouldn’t have been able to do that. I would “get a call in 48 hrs” this is over a week later and I have not gotten an update to my account security. I was on the phone with support for 2 hours trying to recover my account and change my password back. So beside the general lack of support there is NO ACTION being taken in regards to acct security, customer service in regards to warranty issues when the camera meant for outdoors was damaged by water… 6 weeks I have been waiting…
