Do shared users see videos from before signing up?

Owner had ring for years.  I signed up today and can only see videos from today.  We can’t I see previous videos?

Hi @user64097. You should have access to the same recordings the Owner has, regardless of when you were added as a Shared User. I would recommend checking to make sure your Ring app is up to date and also checking if the Owner, for some reason, has deleted those past events.
