Device Tab in the Ring.com Website does not show devices
I have a Home Standard Plan. When I click the Devices tab in the browser (I have tried more than one browser) I get a message "Ring Plan required to receive email & app alerts." First, I have a plan and second, why is that message appearing when I want to display a list of my devices. I can see all the devices in the mobile app.

I think you misunderstand my question. When I log in I see my cameras in the Dashboard. When I click on Devices I get a message "Alarm Web & Mobile Notifications - A Ring Plan is required to receive real-time email, web, and app alerts for this device. Subscribe Now. This makes no sense as I have a plan and also it disappears so fast that it would be difficult to click on the button. When I click the Devices menu I'm expecting to see a view that lists all my camera and all my Ring Lights like I see on the mobile app.

THi @user_725c80. When logged in online, are you on the correct Location? Is it possible that you have multiple Location set up on your account? If you are able to view the devices on your Ring app, but not on Ring.com, ensure that you are using the same login credentials for both your Ring app and the online portal.

Hi @user_725c80. Make sure you're logged into the correct Ring account, and you have the correct Location selected on Ring.com. I'd also recommend trying a different web browser with no extensions or VPNs active, as these could cause issues.
