chime pros not working

Both of my chime pros are not working properly since the outage. Not showing on the Devices. Tried reinstalling device or set up a new device but unsuccessful. All cameras are working. When I go on settings for each cameras, (I have 3)they all show online. On my galaxy 23s cannot see Devices on the ring app when I click on Devices. Devices for the chime pros says the are loading but nothing happens. I am getting a message that my mobile is not connected to WiFi. It is connected and everything else connected to WIFI is working. I already reset my router and modem. Did not help.Again on my phone app and the web app all cameras show working. Device Health for camera front door shows Network Name: Chime Pro Network and light is solid blue. I think it just started working as I am writing this but still not loading on the phone app. The second Chime pro turned off completely no lights. It was a little warm/hot. Maybe it is dead.Is the ring app still having problems?how can I report this problem?I would greatly appreciate your help.

    Hi @Amylogamy1953. The system outages we were experiencing yesterday October 20 were resolved as of 22:27 UTC. Your Ring app and Ring devices should be performing properly now. If you're still experiencing issues, please reach out @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram for further assistance.
