Charged RING YEARLY PLAN without device?

I got charged for a yearly Plan by Ring although I have no Ring Products in use. I have sold my Ring and cleared my account. In Januari I saw Ring charged my Creditcard for another Yearly PLan. "RING YEARLY PLAN 8006561918 CA" Please look into this RING. Thank you

I did call customer service and they helped me to get the charged amount refunded. Thank you!
