I moved to Florida last October and live with my daughter, son-in-law and their family, and they have a Ring system set up for their home.  The front door does not have a peep hole, so in order to know who is at the door, we need the app to see who is there unless we are expecting them.  Anyway, after I got situated, my son-in-law who handles the Ring system set me up on the website and everything has been fine until yesterday. 

When someone rang the doorbell, one of the kids said, look on the camera and see who it is Grandma.  When I went to the app, I couldn't log in and got the screen shown below.  If I'm able to move fast enough, I log out and then log back in and get the code, put that it and then it goes right back to that screen.  It's on vicious circle and my son-in-law says there has been issues using the website.

I'm able to add the app to my phone and iPad, but there's all the extra things like it recording stuff and what not, and all I really want to see is who is at the door, which shouldn't be such a difficult task to perform. 

Please let me know what can be done to rectify this problem.  I realize I can use the app, but as a senior, I really like to keep things easy, and one would think that Ring would want to make things as simple as possible for people who don't need all the bells and whistles that are available.  Thank you in advance for any assistance you can provide.
