Cannot long into Ring shop through Ring dashboard

Invalid Multipass request. The given email address is already used by another customer (with a different Multipass identifier). I've already cleared cache, deleted cookies, logged out of all accounts. I believe there is a hiccup and I need a customer service agent to fix this.
