Ring customer support was zero help. My mom passed away and her credit card was charged for the annual fee. She had 2 factor auth setup on her phone. We disconnected her phone therefore cannot use the 2 factor auth.
How do I request a refund and cancel her subscription when Ring C.S. can't even help?!?!
This is ridiculous.

Regarding the subscription, it may be better to contact the card issuer.
