My out door camera foggs up alot and ring help don't give an option for this any idea what to do coz iam sick of paying for it to not be able to see it thanks

Hi @user_6a483e. Condensation can occur depending on the weather conditions. I'd recommend wiping the lens off with a dry microfiber cloth to clear any condensation or moisture. I have also seen some users on the Community use Rain-X to help prevent condensation from occurring on the lens.
