I would like to add family member as co-owner so they can add, remove, reset cameras without a time limit (ie pro installer). Would like family to have full access.

Hi @user_5b3ffb. You can review steps on adding a Shared User here. During this process, when you are prompted to choose permissions for the user you are adding, select Advanced. This will allow the user to add and configure device settings. Keep in mind that only the owner will be able to adjust account or billing settings.
