2 many Rings
hardwired-video-doorbell
My account shows I have 2 back door and 2 front door doorbells but I only have 1 functional at each location. My original doorbells were damaged during installation and should be removed from my account. Can you do this for me?

Hi @user_b2e353. You can remove old devices from the Ring app by navigating to Devices > selecting the device you want to remove > Device Settings > General Settings > Remove Device. I hope this helps!
