When do we get device designs?

Hey Ring Team - First off, love my Ring system - bought a house that had Security Alarm with motion and door sensors, as well as a doorbell. I’ve added Freeze/Leak, cameras, MyQ garage door, and the Kidde smoke/CO2 sensors. Am contemplating the landscape or outdoor step lights as well. For your product teams - any type of smoke alarm should be the first page you see in the Ring App when it goes off… had a spider crawl into mine and had to fumble around to shut it off (detector is 15’ up a wall… dumb I know but that’s where they put it). You may want to rethink Attention controls and navigation more broadly. Also - I’d love to add more cameras to the outside of the house - 1/ I’d like a trail cam to see the drama between the raccoons and deer all night - those suckers are loud and I’m missing the action, 2/ I’ve been holding out for better looking design or at least cameras I can hide in the eaves - the existing design looks dated and sticks out like a sore thumb on my house. Other vendors like eufy have a new sleeker style, this is especially true of the spotlight cams. Would love extra light at night, but I’ve just added more traditional outdoor lighting to keep with the design of the house. In addition to cameras I would also replace the existing 4yr old doorbell if a more up dated, modern design came out. Love your customer service teams and impressed with the reliability and longevity of your hardware… maybe a partnership with an architect or home design firm?
