Shared user - has anyone else answered

Surely, there must be a way of knowing if my partner (who also has access) has answered someone at our door. Recent purchase and just listened back to the conversation our poor delivery guy had to listen to. Both of us answering his questions and him being very confused. Surely its not a big ask to either only allow one person to answer, add an indicator that another user is answering or enable you to hear if another person is answering! Its shocking i this is not being tackled.
