Ring doorbell in idle mode!! Permanently!!

my ring doorbell camera seems to be stuck in idle mode. Pressing the doorbell button does nothing and pressing the orange button on the right front when trying to pair does nothing. I have done a hard reset attempt but agin no response. I charged it and it is fully charged but still will not respond or do anything. Is there anything else I can do or is this unit done??

Hi @user_c4b66f. What specific doorbell model is this? Is it hardwired? Are their any lights at all on the device?
