Hi @user_539cf2. Replacements can be made for devices under warranty once they found to be no longer functional. The way this happens, is troubleshooting takes place. We troubleshoot the device to determine the root cause of the issue, which prevents us from replacing a device and having the new device exhibit the same issue. What is the issue that your device is having? What specific device is this?
