When reviewing recorded events in the Ring app, the playback timeline and motion-event controls are displayed across the bottom of the video, obscuring a significant portion of the footage.

Please add an option to move the playback timeline to the top of the screen, or allow users to reposition it while reviewing recordings.  Hiding it works and is useful, but when you have a number of recordings to go through, it gets quite annoying to open and close the timeline over and over.

This would be especially helpful when monitoring wildlife and other activity near the ground, where the timeline frequently covers the very activity being reviewed.

The ability to reposition the timeline would make reviewing recorded footage much more useful without requiring any changes to the camera hardware.
