Mobile sim doorbell and cameras

is there any doorbells in production that take a mobile SIM card as I would like one that will operate when my Wi-Fi signal is weak or offline I think this would also be a popular product for people who don’t have Wi-Fi and cameras as well for farms or other remote locations
