I know there is a MODE for some but not all. IMHO, the end user needs a button you can push that will ( enable and disable) all camera recordings to any and all user at will. For me, there are times when I do not want to be recorded either video or audio when I am home working in the basement or outside. I just need to be able to STOP video and audio when I want and START video and audio whenI want. That button should be located on the same line as you see Disarm, Home, Away or the next thing you see in the AP that show Neighbor, History, What's News, Lights, Edit. I know this can be done with a simple firmware / AP update. How soon can we get this done.

Before I got an answer here I discovered a work around solution we should not have to do.  I did a little investigating and used AI to give me a work around solution you all may want to know. First in your router to create a ( guest network ) Make the name simple like ( RingNet) and then give it a password. This creates another SSID. You then go to the cameras you want to be able to turn on and off at will. Select camera, device health, change network, select network, put in new password and let things take its course. The camera will hook up to the (guest network). This frees up you main network from these devices giving you the same speed and frequency on both SSID's. Now when you do not want those cameras to record, you simply shut off your ( guest network ). Then when you want those camera's back on line you simply turn your guest network back on. --> IMHO, all of this could have been done by RING by simply adding a ( selecting the camera/s you wish for this to take affect- and then having an ( enable and disable ) button ( neighbor, history, what's new , lights, edit ) line.
