I haven't used my Ring Camera and account since 2023, and am trying to log on to start using it again. 

But back in 2022-2023 there must hav been set up an authenticator code, which I cannot figure out where I will get. 

I use Microsoft Auth. but there is nothing there connectec to Ring. I probably removed that part as I didn't use it for years. 

Now I'm locked out as I can't recieve my auth.code anywhere. 

Any suggestions on how to start over again? 

(I have created a new account where I have sent a request to take over this camera from my old account, but it says I have to wait 15 days if there are no reaction from my old account, to have it transferred to my new account automatically. I hope to make it sooner than 15 days)
